Hochatown is a relatively safe area; however, there is petty crime that goes on. An empty cabin with no cars parked in front of it can be very enticing to a petty thief. Jason Ricketts owns our town's security company. He and his crew patrol the cabin areas, install and monitor security cameras, and help evict tenants who are not following cabin rules.
